Non-Refundable International Processing Fee of $25.00
The fee can be submitted in one of the following three forms:
- U.S. traveler’s check
- U.S. postal money order
- Draft on an American bank
This fee is charged to
all applicants that are not citizens of
the United States.
When using the on-line
application, all fees will be calculated and can be processed on-line.
If it is difficult to submit the fee with a hardcopy application
because of currency restrictions, however, a friend or relative
currently residing in the United States may submit the fee on the
applicant’s behalf.
An application will not be processed without the fee. This requirement
cannot be waived.
