Alumni Application

All candidates for graduation are to complete an Alumni Card. At the end of each semester, the Office of Admissions and Records will forward the completed cards to the Alumni Office on the Norman campus. Students may obtain this card from the college, department, or as part of the Application for Graduation packet. It is to be completed at the beginning of the semester in which the student will be eligible for graduation and then is to be submitted to the college or department.
