Application for Graduation

All students graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center must complete an Application for Graduation before their degree can be officially conferred and a diploma issued.  Beginning Summer 2010, all diploma applications will be filed online using the Student Self Service System. To complete and submit the online application for graduation, login to https://gohsc.ouhsc.edu/, select Academics, My Academics, and Apply for Graduation.       

Degree candidates should complete online application by:

1. March 1 - Spring Graduates
2. July 1 - Summer Graduates
3. November 1 - Fall Graduates
