Step 2 - FOR GENERAL ZOOM SUPPORT QUESTIONS, please call (405)325-HELP (4357) and choose option 2.
FOR ALL OTHER ZOOM RELATED INQUIRIES, please email Zoom-Support@ouhsc.edu and copy your Tier 1 Videoconferencing Support contact in the email.

Step 1 - Locate the "Zoom Support" button at the bottom of page.
Step 2 - Enter your search topic in the “How can we help?” search field.
Step 3 - Browse to the Frequently Asked Questions webpage for additional Zoom resources.
Contact AMDS for assistance with the Library rooms found in the table. There may a nominal fee for support.
Videoconference setup & support is for OUHSC faculty, staff, and students. AMDS offers support during regular business hours, M-F, 8AM - 5PM. Additional charges apply for support outside of these hours.
