SECTION 123           SMOKING PROHIBITED

A.   Smoking Prohibited

Smoking and the carrying or possession of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other lighted smoking device, hereinafter referred to as smoking, by any person is prohibited:

1.   In any building, or any portion thereof, owned or operated by the University,

2.   Within twenty-five feet of any entrance or exit of any such building,

3.   In any vehicle owned by the University, and

4.   In any facility, place or area posted by the University as non-smoking.

B.   Tobacco Sale Prohibited

The sale of tobacco products on University property is prohibited.
