In order to access The University Research Park Health Club, you must be a current OUHSC Student, Employee, Resident, Fellow, or a Research Park Employee.

The University Research Park Health Club is a premier health and fitness facility occupying 6,000 square feet of space, and incorporating the latest technological advancements in fitness and wellness. The facility is conveniently located within the University Research Park complex in building 865 on Research Parkway in the first floor.

Flexible - Anything goes including, Yoga, Boot Camp, Cardio, Strength, etc.

Sunrise Yoga:

Rise and shine and get your body going with standing and seated Yoga postures. This peaceful Yoga experience will relax and refresh you. It’s the perfect way to start your day! Participants will be encouraged to move in a self-paced manner to support a comfortable and mindful exploration of the poses.

Power Yoga:

This is an intense workout that will make you SWEAT! Other forms of Yoga may be ideal for flexibility and meditation, but in Power Yoga, we will be rhythmically moving from one pose to the next. It’s a great total body burner and will leave you feeling energized! Participants will be encouraged to move in a self-paced manner to support mindful exploration of the poses.
