*OUHSC Student Summertime Access Information*

 

Students who are enrolled in the summer semester, will have access to both facilities.

Students who not enrolled for classes during the summer semester will be allowed to buy a temporary Student membership for June and July.

Cost – $47.90 for the summer (June & July).

Temporary Student memberships will not be prorated. Two months must be paid, even if the student does not sign up until July.

There will be a grace period between academic terms when student IDs will not have access to either facility: May 13 - June 3 & July 31-August 20.

During the grace period, Students will have access to the University Health Club & the University Research Park Health Club only during staffed hours.

University Health Club hours are located on the left side of this page. University Research Park Health Club hours are Mon-Fri, 10:00am to 10:00pm.

A Student ID is required for entry during this grace period, no ID, no warning, no admittance.

  • Please read the Release of Liability, Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Policies sections located in the University Health Club Membership Application for greater details regarding our membership policies.
  • To sign up as a member, please bring your driver's license, a voided check, and your workplace ID(as proof to qualify for one of our discounted rates).
  • All billing will be processed and posted via electronic fund transfer on the first day of each month.
  • Billing will only be processed through a checking or savings account. Credit cards cannot be used for billing.
  • Payroll deduction is not a billing option.

Guest Policies:

  • Photo ID is required by all guests entering the health club.
  • Each guest is charged $15.00 per visit.
  • Member Guest Privileges ($5): Friday after 5:00pm, Saturday, & Sunday

Children Policies:

  • Children 8 & under are not allowed.
  • Members' children over the age of 9 & under the age of 18 are allowed to be guests and/or full health club members, but are restricted to direct parental supervision while in the University Health Club. 
  • Children over the age of 9 & under the age of 18 must have the release of liability form signed by a parent or guardian.
