Dr. Williams is director for the Center for Learning and Leadership (CLL), one of the 67 federally designated University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD). CLL research, evaluation and policy projects focus on community engagement of parents, self-advocates and providers working on disability policy, practice and service matters for the purposes of effective systems change, capacity building and advocacy.
