TAI CHI MOVING FOR BETTER BALANCE

The movements of Tai Chi help seniors reduce the risk of falling, increase balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible or active you are as Tai Chi is designed for people of all levels of health. This series meets twice a week on Monday and Wednesday for six weeks and starts on Monday, May 13, 2019 and ends on Monday, June 24, 2019.
