Graphic Requirements

To get the most impact out of your digital displays we recommend any graphics you upload for presentation meet the following criteria: 

• Messages last approximately 8-10 seconds on screen, so keep your information short and concise. Too much text is overwhelming to passersby, and will usually be ignored.
• All graphics follow University of Oklahoma Branding Guidelines.
• Graphics are sized appropriate to the screen orientation and size. (See additional guidelines regarding size below)
• Digital displays are considered as “multimedia” under Section 504 and the definition of Information and Communication Technology, Policy Scope. All graphics must meet The University of Oklahoma Accessibility Guidelines..
