Update on Academic Media transition into OU MarComm team:

As the university continues to evaluate its unified marketing and communications efforts across all campuses, we are excited to announce that Academic Media (AM) has joined the centralized MarComm team. MarComm is committed to ensuring we meet our community’s needs in a way that is consistent with our brand and meets measurable objectives.

Video/Audio Production—This service will continue at no cost to units. Academic units should work through their Marketing & Communications assigned account executives to submit requests for this service. Please note that availability fills quickly during busy times of the year, so submitting requests as early as possible will ensure the highest probability of meeting your preferred video completion dates. Any video production needed for courses offered through OU Online should be sent to OU Education Services for review.

Studio SPACE

Academic Media staffs two production studios; a 2,000 square foot soundstage (Studio A), & a smaller video/audio recording suite (Studio B). Studio A is equipped with a professional lighting grid & green-screen wall. Studio B is a controlled environment specifically designed for audio and video capture.  Video teleprompter services are available in either studio.
