The EmBRACER Center/Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics research team works closely with family on research projects to gather data. This team is passionate about supporting efforts to learn the best ways to help families in Oklahoma.

Sarah is a Research Assistant for the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has been a member of this team since 2017, working on projects related to improving home visiting services for parents of young children in Oklahoma, both working in data collection and in project support including REDCap management, report generation using R, and working on conference posters and abstracts.

Kaitlin Owen is a Research Technician for the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect (CCAN) at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). She volunteered and worked with the OUHSC Child Trauma Services Program for 3 years prior to joining OUHSC CCAN in July 2019. She served an administrative capacity for the BBMC Team preceding her transition to full time data collection for quantitative and qualitative research projects focused on secondary and tertiary prevention of child maltreatment.
