Control of Human Movement II

Course Grading

Occupational therapy students receive two hours of credit for the course and physical therapy students receive three. Course coordinators use the grading scale that is published in the Division of Rehabilitation Sciences Handbook (page 35-36) to assign letter grades on the basis of performance on the following course components:

Physical therapy students

Occupational therapy students

Exam 1 20% Exam 135%
Practical exam: UE goniometry & MMT 5% Practical exam: UE goniometry & MMT 5%
Midterm Examination25% Midterm Examination40%
Exercise prescription 20% Exercise prescription20%
Comprehensive Final Exam 30%

Students who wish to question or change a grade on any assignment or examination must submit a written explanation and justification to the course instructor. They must do so within two calendar weeks of the date on which the course coordinator returns the assignment or examination.

Students must maintain "good standing," as defined by the College of Allied Health Standards for Undergraduate Students. Students are liable for actions that constitute academic misconduct.
