Answer and Discussion: The answer is (C). Clear cell meningioma has increased incidence in children and younger patients in comparison to other meningiomas. Unlike other meningiomas that have a female predilection, clear cell meningioma has equal incidence in male and female. The other meningioma with increased incidence in younger patients including children is papillary meningioma.
