The Oklahoma UCEDD works in partnership to provide interdisciplinary training to students and professionals, develop community-based research projects and promote family and self-advocate leadership. The UCEDD also creates and distributes disability-related products and information, and provides family support for a limited number of Spanish-speaking families of children with disabilities.

DDCO identifies the most pressing needs of people with developmental disabilities in Oklahoma. It develops innovative and cost effective ways to address those needs in a manner that upholds the dignity and value of Oklahomans with developmental disabilities. It also works to promote independence and productivity of people with developmental disabilities and their families.

ODLC serves individuals with a wide range of disabilities. It does so by guarding against abuse; advocating for basic rights; and ensuring accountability in health care, education, employment, housing, transportation, and within the juvenile and criminal systems.
