State Capitol, Room 4S3 and on Zoom
You're Invited to the DDS Waiver Service and Waiting List Meeting!
Be sure to invite your state elected officials too!
Originally started to give a voice to those waiting for services, this meeting has evolved into a supportive environment for those receiving services to share their experiences and learn about available resources. Whether you are waiting for services or already receiving them, this meeting is for all who support Oklahomans with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Established in 1999 by families for families, this meeting is a wonderful opportunity for those on the waiting list and anyone interested in learning more about developmental disability services in Oklahoma.
In person Location: State Capitol, Room 4S3
Virtual Option: Attend via Zoom, link coming soon
Join us to hear from the DDS Director, OHS leadership, and representatives from other state agencies and programs that support people with developmental disabilities and their families.
This is a unique chance to:
- Meet with the directors of DHS and DDS, along with other state-level administrators.
- Share your experiences and current situations affecting your family member with disabilities.
- Connect with state legislators who are invited to learn and hear directly from families.
- Discover services and supports available to assist you and your loved ones.
We look forward to seeing you there!
