This document contains the reccomendations of the Blue Ribbon Pannel on Disabilitiy. The pannel delivered the recommendations to Govenor Mary Fallin in 2014 and 2015. The recommendations focus on: 

- the creation of coordinated services between agencies  

- providing necessary information to families regardless of which agency is the first point of contact

- furthering the technical and emotional support of families

- revisiting the existing criteria for service access of the Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) Waivers

- identifying critical supports that will keep families engaged as long-term caregivers/ support for individuals with I/DD
