Kelley holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Ph.D. in Health Promotion Science from the University of New Mexico. In addition, she is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified Group Exercise Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine, and an American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor.
Her background includes a variety of experiences in administration, management, marketing, promotion, public speaking, teaching and public relations. Over the past twenty five years, Kelley has worked with corporations, universities, and community populations in Oklahoma, Maryland, and New Mexico.
In 1995, she directed the construction and development of the Center for Healthy Living at OU Medical Center. in 2008, she opened and directed the operations of the University Health Club at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences. Kelley is interested in establishing new standards in healthcare, disease management, wellness programming, clinical program integration, and outcome measurements.
