We offer a variety of FREE group classes throughout the week to help keep you motivated and reach your fitness goals!

Boot Camp Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Cycle Wednesday: 12:10pm -12:55pm
HIIT Tuesday & Thursday: 12:10pm-12:55pm
Water Aerobics Monday & Wednesday: 10am - 11am
