Faculty House will provide sturdy Styrofoam plates along with high quality plastic ware and cups for hot and cold beverages. China, glassware and real silverware are also available for an additional charge if needed. To keep our pricing competitive, servers are not included in our buffet pricing. However, servers can be provided at an additional cost for a four (4) hours.

We will prepare the food in bulk and deliver to your location to be set up buffet-style service. We will prepare enough food for a one trip full serving of each item. Buffet serving portions are generally based on 1/3 pound per person for most entree items. If the buffet includes more than one protein item the general serving portion is 1/4 pound per person. Most vegetables portions are 2.5 to 3 ounces per person.

Faculty House can accommodate vegetarian and vegan dietary request with advance notice. Please note that all pastries and baked goods are prepared in our production kitchen, where products containing gluten are also made. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely gluten-free. However, upon request, we can make every reasonable effort to minimize or avoid the use of gluten-containing ingredients in the items we prepare.

Faculty House is please to provide customized quotes for catering events and specialty menus tailored to your needs. We offer convenient carryout services as well as catering for events ranging from 10 to 1000 guests. If you have any special menu items in mind please let us know and we will be glad to quote you a price.
