The Center for Learning and Leadership (CLL) is Oklahoma’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD). The CLL|UCEDD has been a leading change maker in Oklahoma for more than 30 years, improving the lives of Oklahomans with developmental disabilities and their families through training, technical assistance, and partnership with other Universities across Oklahoma. This past year the CLL|UCEDD provided more than 1000 hours of technical assistance to state agencies, professionals in the field, individuals and their families across Oklahoma. Our trainings and assistance reached almost every county in the state, providing evidence-based information that improves the health and welfare of people with disabilities. We are not alone in our mission. Every state and US territory across the nation has at least one UCEDD assuring the unique needs of each state and territory is being met through evidenced based practices, systems change and capacity building.
