The Oklahoma Family Support 360° Center

The Oklahoma Family Support 360° Center (FS360°) serves families who are caring for children or young adults with developmental disabilities and are Medicaid eligible. With funding from the Department of Human Services, Title V Children with Special Healthcare Needs program, the FS360° Center staff provide family-centered services to enrolled Hispanic families who speak Spanish as their primary language. Additional funding provided by Oklahoma’s Title V agency has allowed the FS360° to expand the availability of family-centered services for enrolled Black/African American families using the FS360° family-centered model. During this year (2022) the staff will be working with local Black/African American family advisors to review and refine the FS360° model of care for enrolled clients to be sure it includes preferred ways of connecting, learning, advocating, and leading within the Black/African American advocacy and support community.

The Oklahoma Family Support 360° Center is a model services program of the Center for Learning and Leadership/Oklahoma’s federally-designated University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities hosted at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences. Learn more about Oklahoma’s UCEDD.
