2019 KEYNOTE: Sheri Colberg-Ochs, Ph.D. | Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA)

Dr. Colberg is a world-renowned diabetes motion expert. She has authored 12 books, over 400 articles, and 28 book chapters on physical activity, diabetes, healthy lifestyles, nutrition, successful aging, and more. She also founded Diabetes Motion, a free educational website for everyone wishing to exercise with diabetes of any type, as well as Diabetes Motion Academy, which offers educational programs for fitness professionals and others. In addition to her many credentials, including working as an exercise specialist in a diabetes treatment center, Dr. Colberg has over 50 years' worth of practical experience as a (type 1) diabetic exerciser and person living with diabetes. | SheriColberg.com
