The Kelly West Society honors donors who have been a driving force behind the breakthroughs at Harold Hamm Diabetes Center through substantial gifts and commitments.
The society is named for Dr. Kelly M. West (1925-1980), an esteemed researcher at the University of Oklahoma who is widely regarded internationally as the “father of diabetes epidemiology.” Dr. West’s passion to understand diabetes lives on in the thoughtful and innovative research, patient care, and prevention programs supported by members of the Kelly West Society.
