Medical Device Training

The technology for better diabetes management is within your reach.

As part of your diabetes care plan, you may be prescribed an electronic medical device, such as a blood sugar monitor or insulin pump, to help self-manage your diabetes. Our in-depth training sessions show you how to integrate your device into your everyday life and get the most out of your device’s features.

Group instruction is available for adult patients starting on a continuous glucose monitor and/or seeking advanced training with their insulin pump.

Your doctor will refer you for medical device training. Each class lasts up to three hours, and participants need attend only once.
